Cairn looking at summit Wasootch Rdg

Wasootch Ridge Summit is an addition to my previous blog in October of 2013. That time due to snow we only made it as far as the last Peak before the down clinb to the right of the summit. This is the Peak with the big stone shelter.This time we went on from the stone shelter as seen below and summited the far peak. Hyperlink to Octobers fall hike http://wp.me/p39dPU-1r0

That is the point in the above photo. Keep to the right of the rock band.

This cairn is not really helpful but reassuring.

Keeping right over a small hump after the cairn. Then look for a trail on your left at the point in the bottom left of photo and work your way up along side cliff band on a well worn trail 11 U 637210 5643943 Crux waypoint

Distance return 14 km Time return 7 hrs ( inc 30 min lunch ) Elevation gain 1250 m Total height 2290 m
