Memorial Lakes is a hike from the Ribbon Creek parking area. From Hwy # 40 turn off at the Nakiska/Delta Lodge on the right coming from Hwy #1. Turn left to the lodge and first right.
Follow the ribbon Creek trail for about 3.5 km and turn right onto the Memorial Lake trail. The route onward is now un-repaired and a few detours around washouts are required.

The creek has been totally altered since I was last there. The next set of photo’s shows the differences.
This is where the old campsite is located. The trail from here has changed and we got a bit lost in the woods until we backtracked and put red tape up through the trees when we found the way. Up Dated trail now very obvious
This is as far as we got due to time constraints. The rest of the pictures are from my previous trip. The route goes past the lake and up the scree slopes. We then descended down from below the dry lake and to the right. This brings you out back at the bottom lake. Add pictures from July 25th 2018.
