November 21 2017.
Lake Louise tends to put most of it’s efforts into the World Cup races to the detriment of the rest of the hill. This year was the same most of the ski tracks that link areas and runs are not in good condition. That being said the snow was great and we had a good day skiing both on the front side and the Temple area. Poma on larch was good fresh soft snow and no moguls. Paradise Bowl was good some minor rocks( still November). Coming back to the lodge down Upshoots and Flight Chutes 1 & 2 from Paradise Chair was in good nick. Womans down Hill this weekend then it will be worth spending more time on the hill.
Hey Bill looks good – wish I was there. Painting the little Lennox town house is my main activity at present. Have fun on the slopes.
