Great Divide Trail lake Louise
November 14th Thursday.
First day out XC Great Divide this season and could not have asked for a better day zero degrees C ,sun and fresh tracks. About 10 cm of new snow met us at Lake Louise visitor center.

The great Divide Trail had not been track set but had been packed down or maybe covered with fresh snow.

We skied as far as the Great Divide water shed display.

Had fun watching this Pine Marten.

On the way back the tracksetter was out and I would think he could have set tracks in both directions.

We took 2 hrs going out and 1 hr 40 min back. Changed wax at lunch. Distance 7.5 km Return 15.0km
