Last Week of Season & Slush Cup at Sunshine Village

May 12 to 19th

Sunshine Village prides it’s self on staying open longer than any other ski resort without glacier skiing. This year the last week of the season and the Slush Cup was one of the best in many years. Snow was scarce in January and February but by the end of the season every thing came together. Over 29 ft of snow fell for the whole season. Goats Eye was open to the last day( is this a record ) and the Ski out, although a little rough at the bottom was open on the last day. On a personnel note I skied on the first day and the last day. I had over 40 days at Sunshine alone, 52 in total.
